Guideline for students & Parents

A child should attend the Vidyalaya in proper haircut and prescribed Vidyalaya Uniform. A shabbily dressed child may face disciplinary action if improvement does not take place.
In the Vidyalaya premises, only vegetarian food is allowed.
Parents should see that the child does not take any valuable or objectionable articles to the Vidyalaya.
Parent/Guardian can meet their children or the teacher during the Vidyalaya hours only with permission of the Principal.
Gift to staff members is not welcomed.
A child, irregular in completing home assignments and careless about his/ her own books and stationaries will face disciplinary action.
If the authority wishes to meet the parents on some specific issues, then parents should contact the school authority at the earliest.
Parent- Teacher meetings are organised in each academic session. Date of such meetings will be informed through the children. So, both parents, and if not, at least one should make it a part of the PTM.s.
In case students found indulging or damaging any Vidyalaya property, disciplinary action will be taken against them as deemed it fit by the school authority.
If a child is absent from the class, a written application has to be submitted to the Principal through class teacher by the parent. In case of a long leave, application must be addressed to the Head of the Institution along with supporting papers confirming the cause of leave.
Leave record must be maintained in the student’s dairy for which provision has been made.

Note: School remains closed for students on every

second Saturday of each month.
